F1 NYC Movie Premiere
In partnership with DHL, VMS Lux managed the complete vehicle logistics project for the F1 movie premiere in Times Square—from receiving and show preparation to staging the grid and coordinating worldwide onward transport.

From our studio to Times Square
VMS Lux served as DHL’s receiving hub for the entire grid of cars. At VMS Lux Studio, we cleaned and prepared the vehicles for display using high-pressure steam, then loaded them onto four trucks. Our 10-person crew unloaded the cars in Times Square and arranged them in an F1 grid.

After the premiere, VMS Lux managed the complete onward logistics, coordinating sea, air, and road transport to destinations around the world.
